Your order serves as your consent to allow Lasting Keepsakes designers to create your display using their best judgment within your selections. Flowers will become darker during the drying process. For example pinks deepen or turn mauve, peach to pinker tones, red to burgundy and white flowers vary from cream to light yellow. Fresh flowers preserve best. If your flowers are aged, you will notice cracks in some of the pedals. When you decide to have your flowers preserved, let your florist know, and ask that they be as fresh as possible. Flowers not used in design become the property of Lasting Keepsakes.
Pictures and/or Keepsakes to be included in the display must be received (6) weeks from the date of pick up OR the display will be put together without including them. Initial______
Balance must be paid in full no later than six ( 6 ) weeks from the time of pickup. Initial______ NOTE: A $25 late fee will be charged every month after 90 days of inactivity on the account. Initial______
All deposits are non-refundable when orders are canceled after the preservation process has begun. If balance is not paid in full within the limits of this agreement, all flowers and foliage become the property of Lasting Keepsakes, in addition the deposit is non-refundable. All orders are ready within six ( 6 ) weeks after balance is paid in full pending on production. Lasting Keepsakes’ liability is limited to 100% of keepsake and preservation, if damaged during shipping (less shipping and handling) upon authorized return. If your Keepsakes are damaged in shipping you must notify the carrier and Lasting Keepsakes immediately after package is received (Keep all packing materials). The shipping company will handle you claim.
